firmware 2.1 ? for turbosound IQ speakers ?

hi guys I just bought two IQ-15 and 2 IQ-18B speakers & i noticed that they all had firmware 1.7 so I did the firmware 1.9 upgrade on three of them then i came to my last speaker it's one of th IQ-15 and it wouldn't take the 1.9 firmware so I checked what version that is on the speaker and it shows 2.1 . OK so now the question is Where do I find the 2.1 firmware for the turbo sound speakers and if there isn't such thing how did my speaker come with it. just wondering . I just got these a few days ago Thanks

The v2.x firmware is for the revised hardware on the iq-platform and will not load on the original iq-series of speakers.

To the user there should be no difference between the different hardware revisions.

As I understood it v1.xx is reserved for the previous hardware and v2.xx is reserved for the current hardware so if you have a mixed hardware of iq-speakers you should probably put a sticker on it to differentiate it from the others.

But I wouldnt worry too much since there has only been one or two firmware updates for them. Im trying to convince them that the iq should be able to automatically switch between analog and digital input depending on if it detects an ultranet signal or not.
