Dropping the dry signal in vocals

Is there a way to reduce the dry signal and boost the effects to override it? I am thinking of an Octave effect.

    Hi Jim,
Not sure what unit you are usIng. I have a Play Acoustic and in Mono setting, wet comes out the left xlr and dry come out the right Xlr. You would need to run these two, to two separate channels on a small mixing board and set your levels for each there. No other way to do this from the unit itself - that I am aware of.

I am using Play Acoust. The manual tells me that in Mono output mode, you have control over the vocal and guitar sounds independently at the PA mixer. Vocals Left and Guitar right.

But it also says... Mono setting
►► All effected Vocal and Guitar sounds are sent
    via the left XLR output.
►► Dry vocals (with Tone and pitch correction, if
you have set the Pitch Cor Amt parameter on
the Input page to a value other than zero) are
sent via the right XLR output.

    So it's a little confusing

    Hi Jim,
Mono is guitar and vocal wet coming out left and dry coming out right. To get wet vocal out left and wet guitar out right. - use the “DI” setting.

Not sure about your unit Hanspeter. The Voicelive Play is different. Since it doesn’t have a guitar input, there may not be a di out. What are you looking to do?
