How to control mic volume output?

    Hi All,

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is there a fast and quick way to increase/decrease my mic output?

For example, on my guitar, I'll just turn up the gain knob. But on the VL3, is there any quick way to increase or decrease the gain on my mic input?
Can I program a footswitch to be up or down on the mic gain?

Thanks in advance for any help!

If you press and hold the "Setup" button, that'll let you alter the mic gain with the preset up and down buttons.

Can you do the same with guitar volume?

I'm trying to make quick, on-stage-as-necessary changes to backing track, vocals and guitar volumes.

I'ver figured out how to reduce the gain on the BT.

You've answered the vocals volume question.

And... I have an acoustic 12-string with a pickup, but no on-board volume control. (My other acoustic does have volume control.)

Is there an equivalent volume adjustment for a guitar?

Or do I need to get a volume pedal for my 12-string?

    Mahalo!

Yep, Do the same thing (hold setup) Then turn the knob directly below "calibrate mic" It'll change to "Calibrate Guitar"
