Perform VE not recognised by TC Helicon software, but recognised by Ableton Live

    Hi there,

I'm finding that this product is showing up on Ableton Live but won't get recognition from the TC Helicon software provided to update it, ie VoiceSupport 2.

Also, on this date, the TC Helicon support page for this product shows a 404 Page Not Found sign.

I've put the footage of the issues here.

I would love to get some advice about this. I'm off on tour in a few days and desperately trying to get this up and running in time for it.

Many thanks, and video of issues below.

Hey there. There are a couple of things to be aware of.

On PC: make sure the right driver is connected, and connected correctly. If in doubt, follow these instructions.

On Mac, make sure Voicesupport is force closed, then follow these instructions
(whenever connecting a unit to a mac really, not just VE)

No longer work in support but I still know a bit about all this stuff!
