    Hey there!

I currently own the TC Helicon Voicelive rack as well as the TC Helicon MP-75 for performances with my band. I use the pedal to change vocal effects throughout the performance. I wanted to ask if it's possible to use a wireless microphone with the voicelive rack? If so, how do i do it and what's the best brand to use it with?

    Thank you

    Hi Catarinaa1992!

The Voicelive rack Will work with any microphone whether it is wireless or wired.

The better the microphone you buy the better sound you will have.

The microphone that I use is a fairly high-end one because I do gig quite a bit.

    I have a Shure ULXD4 with a Beta sm58a mic, and I love it!

My best suggestion is trying to afford the best microphone that you can find, they will all work with the Voicelive rack!

    Hey Craig!

Thank you for this! This will save me a lot of hassle with wires on stage haha! I wanted to ask you one more thing and that's how do you set up your wireless microphone to work with the voicelive rack?

    Thank you!!

    Hi Kat,

Very simple, I just run one XLR cable from the receiver end of my wireless microphone into the rack.

I do find that by having a strong signal coming out of the microphone into the rack makes a big difference on the harmonies , so I usually turn the level up on my wireless microphone so that the signal going into the rack is quite strong.
